  I agree with the harsh critiques on here which are FULLY WARRANTED and feel that this office’s practices are highly questionable. I paid through the nose for my wife and I over 10 YEARS and just thought that the expenses were a sign of the times and also getting older and thus needing more dental work. I talked it over with my coworker who was shocked at my expenses and noted that I had excellent coverage. We downloaded and printed my dental coverage which is EXCELLENT. This dental office charged two of us literally THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS over the course of 10 years, for work like caps and overlays, and replacement of fillings, that I now believe, with a close view of my coverage, AT MOST, should have cost hundreds, and I have to now wonder if the work was even needed. I made a formal written request for our dental records, and billing, citing applicable statutes, and they NEVER PROVIDED IT to me, although I offered to pay reasonable copy fees. The last “estimate” we got was for about $1500 for my wife related to a filling. We never went back, because we were onto them, and their refusal to even respond to our request for records made it that much more suspicious. We chose another dentist through our Delta Dental coverage, and the work cost about $60! And, it was a low intrusive simple fix. Now I am convinced that this dentist not only did UNNECESSARY WORK but also BILLED WITHOUT REGARD TO INSURANCE COVERAGE. We will never go back and have asked Delta Dental to investigate them. UPDATE SINCE THIS REVIEW WAS FIRST POSTED: Delta Dental determined that ONE of us, in a 2 1/2 year time frame, has overpaid in the amount of $1,645. I think they forgot the second audit? Delta has given Chino Hills Dental Group 35 days to refund this to us. If they do not refund the money, we are to contact Delta to advise. Delta says they are "taking this seriously," but in the same letter, reports they are not taking this dental provider off their list.
